June 18, 2015, marked the 30th year in business for Kelly’s Outer Banks Restaurant. Mike and Willo Kelly gave a shout-out and heartfelt thanks to long time employees: Glenda Morse, Mary Ann Newman, Vickie Downs, Charlie Edmond and Toni Pfeiffer (better known as the Biscuit Lady). To commemorate the anniversary, Mike commissioned local sculptor, Louie Hoppe, for a unique piece of art. Named OBX Catch, this large metal-crafted shrimp epitomizes Kelly’s dedication and use of fresh caught, locally harvested seafood. The shrimp is on display in the front yard at Kelly’s.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday are great evenings to dine at Kelly’s, Mako Mike’s and Pamlico Jack’s. There’s a 20 percent early bird discount off entrees from 4:30 until 5:30. Also, after 8 pm, a casual evening atmosphere welcomes all diners 7 days a week. You’ll also find a 15 percent discount on your guest receipt good for your second meal at any Kelly’s Hospitality Group restaurants.
